In Europe :
The heat should remain mostly confined to western Europe, but to a lesser extent than the previous three months. Temperatures should therefore exceed their normal of Algeria to the west of France to Scotland, over Scandinavia and Poland. Instead, a light heat deficit is planned east of France at the gates of Greece, and Central Russia. Precipitation, often stormy, may be plentiful Balearic central regions of France to the Black Sea. In contrast, dry weather is expected from Portugal to UK to Scandinavia and Poland.
In France :
Probable thermal gap : +0.2 degree - Precipitation: very irregular, frequent thunderstorms - Sunlight : Important westward
Proportion to its three predecessors, July looks so hot in France, except to the west where a significant surplus is expected. Instead, east of France expected to relative thermal deficit. Blows hot and the thermometer drops should indeed succeed on the eastern half. Precipitation should be very uneven, low to the Channel and the ocean, sometimes very abundant in the Pyrenees border to the east because of the storm bursts frequent and potentially virulent time due to thermal contrasts west-east. The sun looks generous westward seasonal addition or loss in the east.
