It is to the south and east of Europe that summer could be in full swing in August with higher than normal seasonal thermometers very fit, including the Maghreb and the Iberian Peninsula to Central Europe up ' Russia. The heat wave is likely to make even the Russian side. Atmosphere rather cool in contrast to the British Isles, but also between Iceland and northern Scandinavia. Precipitation should be important in northern Europe to France under rainy passages quite common. Between Greece and Turkey, a strong thunderstorm should also bring plenty of water for the season.

Probable thermal gap : +0.2 degree - Precipitation: abundant on the northern half - Sunshine: deficit
A mid August - mid fig grape priori in France this year, including a large northern half where clouds, rain and thunderstorms should prevail, with temperatures still in season. The southern third should enjoy warm and dry apart from some potentially violent stormy periods over summer conditions. At the national level, in August is expected to be close to normal, thermally speaking.
