In Europe :

Consequently, heat should back up toward the south of the continent and northern Africa where thermal excesses would be moderate. A rather hot climate for the season is also expected from Iceland to Scotland. Elsewhere, temperatures should be close to average seasonal data, except on the north of Russia where an early freshness is expected. Precipitations may be exceeding in Morocco, the south west of Spain, Greece and the Balkans. On the other hand, the weather should be unusually dry in the north of Spain and in the south of Scandinavia, as well as in France, Benelux, Germany and Denmark.

In France :

September should be quite good, with temperatures close to the average seasonal data in general, even slightly hotter near the Mediterranean Sea. Rains should be weak, without any excess of drought. Sunshine should be close to usual.
